FittedbyAG is a brand built on instinct, individuality, and a lifelong connection to fashion. What started as a personal obsession with tailoring, styling, and reworking pieces has grown into something more intentional—rooted in the idea that clothing should feel personal, effortless, and entirely your own.
Inspired by everything from everyday moments to unexpected references, FittedbyAG is driven by feeling over formula. There are no rules—just pieces designed to be lived in, worn your way, and kept for years. Below, founder Aiden Goldring, shares more on the vision behind the brand, what inspires each collection, and what’s next.
1. Tell me about yourself and FittedbyAG. How was it created and what inspired the name?
Fitted was always a dream of mine from a young age. I was always very into fashion and clothing growing up. I would always buy clothing and cut them up or tailor them to the fit i liked and wanted to wear. About a year ago I started Fitted, throughout the years people would come to me and ask me about clothing brands, styling tips, what to wear, what not to wear and to shop for them so eventually I decided to pursue my dream of opening up my own brand. The name Fitted came from the word “Fit.” People would always ask me to help them find a fit for events, parties or just everyday wear so after some thinking and zero help from Chat GPT I came up with the name Fitted.
2. What is the LAUNE (mood) of FittedbyAG?
The LAUNE for Fitted is really random. I make what I like, what I would want to wear or what I get inspired by with my audience and clients in mind of course. I've made pieces inspired by my love for cars, motorcycles, different places around the world, sports, food, animals, just shit that I think is fire. I want Fitted to feel like your friend, if that makes sense, not a clothing company. I want it to feel like you are taking something from your friends closet or stealing it from your siblings like the item is yours not purchased like each item was crafted just for you.
3. What inspires you?
I am inspired by the world around me in the least cliche way possible colors I see things I hear places I go the people in my life the music I listen to movies or shows I watch. It all has an impression on the things I make for Fitted because sometimes the most random small thing can inspire me to make something. For the next collection there is multiple items inspired by the fruit section in a grocery store and memories that I've had with people in those sections its all very random and truthfully makes no sense but somehow that's what inspires me.
4. What does the “perfect fit” mean to you beyond just sizing?
When I think of the perfect Fit it really is more of the fact that I want people to get an item from fitted doesn’t matter if it’s a shirt hoodie sweatpants hat I want that item to be there favorite item of clothing they have I want them to sleep in it go out in it stay in in it I want them to only want to wear that item of clothing I want them to have that excitement of it feeling being brand new every time they put it on.
5. What’s the balance between making something wearable and making a statement? Do you design with a specific person in mind, or does that vision change over time?
There is no balance if you like something you should wear it its not a statement its a item of clothing u want to put on ur body. Thats the mindset I’ve always had people will always see something that is weird to them but totally normal to someone else, you know, so I feel like people should just wear what they like so making something with a wearable statement is impossible in my eyes because there will always be someone to disagree with you. I try and design with the idea of wanting people to have these items for years without getting sick of them not necessarily a specific person in mind. Yes, there are definitely items I make that is inspired by different people or cultures but I want anyone to wear it and embrace it if i make a shirt that has a bunch of cars on it i don’t care.
6. What’s next for FittedbyAG?
Truthfully, I have no clue right now im working on the next collection trying to improve the brand and myself in the process and get the companies name out there get more people to love it as much as I do. My dream in the future is to start getting items into stores all over and eventually open a store for Fitted.

Casual, baggy, and comfortable. I've been told by a lot of people I dress like Justin Bieber so I guess we'll go with that
2. Favorite FittedbyAG piece?
There is a two-tone long-sleeve in the upcoming collection that's really sick. It's a brown and white baseball long-sleeve with a bulldog design on it.
3. Favorite brand?
Right now it would have to be Cherry LA or Bode
4. If you could only wear one designer for the rest of your life, who would it be?
I would say Bottega Veneta or Bode
5. Dream collab?
6. What are three staple items that every closet should have?
Jewelry, dark lens sunglasses, and loose/baggy jeans
7. Favorite place?
The Lower East Side (NYC)
8. Favorite restaurant in NYC?
Prince Street Pizza. It’s not really a sit-down restaurant but thats my go to if I’m hungry
9. Favorite drinks spot in NYC?
Lil’ Frankie’s I need good food when I drink it makes it so much better and Lil’ Frankie’s is the spot for it
10. Favorite style icon?
A$AP Rocky or Virgil Abloh
11. Favorite movie?
Right now its Sinners But all time 2 Fast 2 Furious or Scarface
12. What are you loving right now?
